I am looking to move away within the UK, only about an hours drive away from where I am now. I have three sons and an abusive ex who will object to the move. I have a child arrangements order that says the kids live with me, and he has alternate weekend contact.
I know he can object, but how likely would he be to succeed in preventing me from moving?
