How to give him parental responsibility?

When i had my son, I didn't name his dad on the birth certificate.

He's now 3 and his Dad is a very important part of my sons life.

How do I go about making sure my sons Dad has Parental responsibility?

get him added to the birth certificate?

He needs to do it. Probably needs to see a solicitor.

You can have him added to the birth certificate or you can enter into a Parental Responsibility Agreement with him.
