At our Pre-Trial Hearing Review prior to a Contested Final Hearing, the Judge ordered my ExH to find out more information about a specific area, and for the Social Workers to re-analyse that part of the Section 7 and any effect on the recommendations they made. Has anyone ever had this happen to them, and what was the outcome?
