I have a non molestation on my ex, his told his employer this.

I informed a parent of one the residents where he works(vunerable adults who are non verbal) of serious data protection and photos been taken(non incident) the police told me to relay this information as I did.

The manager of the company has showed my ex the evidence which was sent by myself, which incrimantes him 100%. Is the manager allowed to do this? Show him evidence, when the investigation is still ongoing? Which is solid when there is a non molestation in place? He has not been sacked yet. He has said 'he had an answer why he sent these messages'

Now due to this, a threat has been made by my neighbour to myself because my ex has told him information. The police said there is not enough evidence but ONLY my ex nos this information.

It's very unclear what you are asking tbh.I would have asked the police to tell a vulnerable 3rd person or the police to talk to his employer, why on earth are you doing that?

Jingleball · 03/08/2020 23:02

I didnt tell the police everything because the non molestation was not in place at the time.

Once in place I thought going direct to the parent(whom is a family friend of 17 years) to give her information. She has not implicated me in any way.

Im only asking can his employer reveal the score of where the information came from?

Where else would the information have come from if not from you, OP?

Jingleball · 03/08/2020 23:10

Work colleagues/ friends of his. I wasn't the only person who was told.

But you also shared information that he could also claim to be confidential.

You should have contacted SS if you had concerns. Can't understand why you are upset about something when you did exactly the same.
