I cancelled my summer holiday before the deadline date this year because I knew it was not safe to travel. I'm shielding and didn't want to run the risk of the holiday going ahead and me loosing everything I'd paid so agreed to loose the deposit.
I've been trying for 14 weeks now to get my money back and the Travel Agents (HT) have said they are waiting for an invoice from the tour operator before they can issue the refund.
I foolishly paid on my Monzo card instead of CC so have no section 75
protection.
Any advice as I feel like I'm bashing my head on the wall!
