If you are a family solicitor or barrister and can give some advice thanks in advance. My remote FDR was just cut short by the Judge realising she had not received the e-bundle despite confirmation of receipt from court from both sets of solicitors. She now wants to see position statements only. She will reconvene later as she has another hearing. How can this be a fair hearing if all the info is not available? A year to get to this point and now rushed in and out in ten minutes! Should I say no? I have paid thousands to get here and need a fair hearing!
