A few questions about Form E

I have a couple of questions about for E.

Regarding the possessions over £500. I had my engagement ring that he made me give back to him as he said he would come over and rip it off. It was worth around £5000. It was mine and I did not want him to take it but I had no choice. Can I put this down?

There was a safe in the house with around £8,000 of cash inside but I was not allowed the code. Do I include this? He was self employed and did not declare it.

I have a daughter who is 4 and I opened an account In her name and saved the child benefit each month, has around £4,000 now.
Do I include this under my accounts?

I took a picture of the money in the safe when it was left open one day.

I put down only what was in my possession so I’d say not. You will have a chance to query why these things are not disclosed by your ex if they are not on his form. Children’s accounts/ISA I excluded as they belong to them not me.

What about all the goods in the house, tv white good etc? He is in the family home at the moment as he forced me out so I’m not living there. Do I include any of that as we joint own the house?
