My OH maintains the gardens at a couple of exclusive holiday lets. After his visit this morning he receives a phone call from the property manager saying that the patio door is smashed. It looks like they are trying to pin the blame on him for this.
He has no knowledge about this and definitely would have heard it if it was caused by a stone from his strimmer. No CCTV or anybody there to witness. What's his position? He's a worrier and panicking about small claims, legal action etc. (He's a worrier anyway!)
