Hi,

I sent my c100 to my local family courts on 8 June. Had the call to pay on 17 June (so 7 working days later.)

Now it's been 3 weeks since I applied and nearly 2 since I paid and I'm anxiously waiting for a letter/court date. I know things are slower with Covid but anyone here recently got a c100 hearing? is it going to me a remote hearing or in person?

thanks

We applied 19th May, call to pay same day and court summons received on the 23rd. I would look up your local family court and send them an email it tends to look like [email protected] but do check or even call them directly in the morning and ask

thanks for your reply.

that is very quick! I know they are processing it as they called to take payment.

Did you hearing date come by post or email?

thanks

Hearing date all came through the post. With it being a remote hearing, you'll need to confirm to the courts by the court email (hence why it's good to find it now as they don't put it on the paperwork) all your contact details and if you are self representing or have a solicitor. The court will call you 15-30 minutes on the day before the Court time to take you through the statement you need to confirm and then you're transferred to the judge. No one else can be in the room with you for the hearing or able to listen to you. We've ours 10th July for the first hearing but initially given end of July. DSD mum played some games so we wrote to the court with evidence and the judge brought the date forward so you might find it's not for a few weeks.

CAFCASS will soon contact you too in order to confirm details and book in the first safe guarding concern call with them.

Hi all,

Still not heard about a date. Applied 4 weeks ago now. Paid almost 3 weeks ago. I called last week and was told 'it was dealt with' on the Wednesday so would be hearing shortly (they wouldn't tell me date?!)... Monday now and still no letter from court.... getting impatient as just want to know date... hopefully letter will come this week!

We had our hearing today. It went in our favour and the judge completely tore into DSD Mum for her lies and behaviour. It was agreed 50/50 using 2-2-5-5 as the best for everyone
