Skype Court Hearing

Hi, I have a court hearing via Skype for Business. I have access to it via my work but cannot download on my personal device as it needs corporate log in.

Has anyone had experience of this and do the court send details to enable you to download on your personal device?

I would rather not use my work Skype but could if absolutely necessary.

Also, how did you find the hearing?

Thank you

Thank you for your reply, I will download it this morning.

It's a FHDRA. My position statement is ready and I had it checked so it's all relevant, it's quite long though. What kind if questions will the judge ask?

I'm expecting Dad's position statement to be full of insults and lies. Last month he made false allegations to the police about DV. It's mentioned in the CAFCASS letter that he has now retracted this and what actually happened. Do you think the judge see this as him being untrustworthy in general?

Hi. Have they not done a test of the link with you first? We have been with our cases (criminal).

Anyway you should receive a web link and you can just click that.

Thank you, they have said they will send the link just before the hearing.
