Does anyone know:

I have an urgent hearing this week - a C2 application to vary an order within ongoing hearings....
basically our child arrangement order has been delayed due to C19....ex has withheld kids x2 so I applied C2 to make it police enforceable.

a few days later ex has withheld kids and I let court know and made C2 urgent for their return.

Does anyone know if ONLY the C2 application will be heard on this occasion and all the other stuff will still have to wait for our date later in the year?

I just want the kiddies back - we can live with the interim order (well I can) till our day in court comes....

this hearing is by phone.

The guardian is writing a report for this hearing hence my confusion!

THANKS

Gosh I'm so sorry

Not got much info on this but had a telephone hearing at the start of Covid and it was scary but straightforward and over quite quickly

Wishing you the very best

Oh can I add
Some excellent solicitors will give you 10-15 mins of their time over the phone before you decide to go ahead with them
This was so helpful for me !!

thank you
familylawsolicitor - we have an interim court order, a live in order and then contact for him....he has withheld the children.
turns out the court will hear the guardians report this week, and she is saying kiddies stay where they are so they are not being bounced back & fore - its the 4th time he's kept them.....so now she's saying he keep those kids, I keep these kids and when we finally get our hearing post-c19 it will all be sorted out.
I am gutted......the kiddies are pre-schoolers.

the judge will just do as the guardian directs I know.....and I know he can't keep on keeping them......its so not fair...I've always sent them for contact aaargggh.

my solicitor will represent me, but it feels useless as it know the judge side with the guardian.
