CAO vs Non Molestation Order

Does anyone know which takes precedence?

You will need to give more details. In what way are they in conflict?

NM states they cannot contact or attempt to contact....

The CAO suggests facilitating Skype... but in order to do so it would have to go against the NM order...

If a CAO was made first and then that was followed by an NMO (which I suspect to be the case) then the NMO should take precedence. I assume that the court making the NMO was aware of the CAO. Sometimes the court will include an exception in a NMO for attending at an address for the purpose of exercising court ordered contact.

I presumed the NMO took precedence (what''s the point in it otherwise?) but have been asked about Skype or similar....
