Rule 16.4 Guardian??

Can anyone explain the process to me. What do they read (previous court proceedings? Previous psychological reports? School stuff?)
Who do they talk to? Child of course, parents? Grandparents?

They read everything filed in the case. They speak to everyone they think they should do, family, professionals, whoever.
