I am wanting to take someone to small claims for shoddy and incomplete work!
I only want the money we paid back not damages
We do not have their address - personal or business - how could we find it out? I've done some searches on Facebook/google etc but can't find much!
They have an account on Checkatrade but that doesn't state full address and I've rung them and they won't give it me - gdpr
I don't know where else to look and can't go ahead until I put an address in for them
