HI hoping someone can help. I'm in the beginning ages of trying to sort out the financial side of divorce and it's not been easy going. The last court order gave new dates for document exchange by 4pm 21st May with a penal notice attached as the deadline has been missed by the other party 6 times now.
Surprisingly enough they have not submitted the documents and I would like the court to enforce the penal notice. Do I need to request this or does the court do it automatically? If I request it do I simply write to the judge with the order attached?
