Any conveyancers brains who I could pick please?

Would anyone mind giving me a quick sanity check on the correct wording of S.4 in a form ST5 (cancellation Form A restriction), ideally by PM please?

I'm a willwriter and haven't done conveyancing for ages, just want to check what wording I should use before I send it to HMLR.

Thanks in advance!

Excuse the crap grammar in my title, it's been a long day!

Another reason why people should use professionally qualified solicitors for legal matters including will writing and conveyancing.

My understanding is that Mumblechum0 is a professionally qualified solicitor who no longer practices as one but offers her services as a will writer.
