Would you consider this an admission?

During our first hearing for a CAO my ex said that some of the dv allegations I made had happened but that I exaggerated them. I’ve seen from the children’s act that any admissions should be noted in each order however it is isn’t detailed in the most recent order it just says mother alleges and father denies abuse.

Am I wrong in thinking this was an admission?

No one can say based on what you've posted.

@collaborate, sorry. In my personal statement I had listed 24 incidents involving him and dd, from him calling her a little shit and threatening to slap her.. to him threatening to make her an orphan by pushing me down the stairs. He told the courts that while some of the incidents happened, most likely the ones where he knows I have it confirmed via text, that I had over exaggerated and dramatised the allegations.
