Requesting info

Trying to remain a bit vague so am not recognised.

Several years ago I reported person a to police as they'd been seen at my property when I wasn't in. Spoken to, no further action and I sent a sol letter advising I would take further action if they were seen again without a real reason.

A few weeks later person b threatened me upset over being told about person a. I again reported to the police, no further action.

During an ongoing investigation into other matters the call against person b has come to light, but not call about person a and has somewhat skewed the perception of a possible version of events, not in my favour! Person a is not mentioned at all ....

What do I need to ask for from the police to see what is held on my file, to prove the call about person a was made? Either it has been omitted to paint a very different picture or it isn't there for some reason?

I would assume a subject access request - under this they have to provide all info they hold on you (with some exceptions). You may have to pay a fee though.
