Can I extend a non molestation order?

No breaches, but we are in the middle of court case, facts have been found, ex is quite hostile towards me, CAFCASS have given him no direct access to our son as he's a risk (it's not common for no direct access at all. They don't even think he's safe in a contact centre). Think it would be dangerous and I would be very scared for the order to end at the same time he's given 0 access to his child at final hearing. He was the one who took it to court to get access. So could I apply for an extension with no breaches considering the timing?

Unlikely to be extended. Awful I know.

IF the Children Act proceedings were ongoing hen the non-mol was made then no. If they weren't remotely contemplated at the time it was made then possibly.

By far the best thing to do is to write to him and explain that if he does any of the things the order prohibits you will reapply for a new non-mol. He ought to be on his best behaviour during the Children Act proceedings.

@collaborate there's absolutely no way I am going to contact my abuser, in any way shape or form. I just can't.
