It’s a clause to protect the owner by the looks of it. If the rent isn’t paid within 14 days or if the renter is a company that goes into administration or if the property is vacant for more than 30 days the owner has the right of access to the property. However you should get the solicitor to fully explain what you’re signing.

It's a fairly standard forfeiture clause, often found in residential leasehold titles and commercial leases although it is more common for it to have 21 days as the time period in my experience.
