I ordered an item online for home delivery and the website says I can cancel through their website but there's no option to do so and they aren't taking calls or messages about cancelling orders right now. Can I just refuse delivery to trigger a cancellation and get a refund?
Or (and I'd prefer this) could I email the company as proof of cancellation and would that count as a cancellation even if I then have to refuse the order when it arrived as well?
