Wills and complex child court order

Hello,

I want to get a will set up. My children are 5 and 3. There is a court order that allows no direct or indirect contact with their father. What are my grounds for being able to request where they reside if anything were to happen to me? Is there anything I can set up for if I'm incapacitated for whatever reason that allows someone else to be able to have responsibility over decisions for them?

I believe if you are the resident parent/ or live with parent you can appoint a guardian for your children. Does your ex have PR? If not I think you should have protection if they do it may be more complex. I’m sure a qualified person will be along shortly, but this is what I have in place in mine
