Ex making demands

Have a CAO in place where I see child EOW & 1 overnight each week.
Wording says "collect from school and return to school the following day"
I am also first port of call for childcare
Ex changed the times during lockdown to 12-12 collection & drop off.
Just received a text saying "you will now collect at 3:30 and I will come to collect the following day at 9am"
Firstly, they will be collecting child and then going off to work leaving them with their partner; so effectively I am not the first port of call for childcare.
I have been home educating whilst I have care - could I continue to do this and send a text saying "you can collect at 3:30 like you would if school was on, not at 9am as you claim"

It's another form of control taking place here and obviously courts are shut currently and only dealing with emergencies - which I assume this is not.

Send a text and say "No, I will collect at 12 as previously arranged. I will drop off at 12 as previously arranged."

If he argues, say "We have a legal agreement and if you try to deviate from it, I will take you to court."

If I send that I know he just won't send her to me and with how things are with the courts I won't see her for months

If anything surely he's breaking the order already by not calling me to have her when he's working Monday - Friday anyway?

I can't believe I'm in this situation, my poor daughter is beside herself, she comes home and tells me all the things he's been saying to her Sad
