Remortgage issue

We remortgaged. It has already completed (days ago) but funds do not appear to have been transferred.

Can't get hold of anyone - because of the knock on effects of the virus presumably.

Any ideas? Just wait?

Who has the funds? The solicitor?

Do you mean you haven't had a balance of funds or that your previous mortgage hasn't been paid off
Normally takes a day or so for full settlement
How long since drawdown of funds
