Appreciate that in the light of everything going on this is quite small
We have a car on lease due to be collected on 3rd April as the contract ends
Received a text informing us that the car won’t be collected and obviously no dates for when it will be collected .
Insurance doesn’t run out till May 3rd so we can insure it till then as as our new car has also been cancelled for delivery
But where do we stand after that date do we have to continue insuring the car.
Can they take further payments even though we are out of contract from the 3rd April as we still have the car. We also have the log book
We have emailed Mercedes on Monday night but not heard back from them as of yet
