Crazy abusive neighbour

Is there anything I can do? The woman and her husband are awful.

Started when I asked her daughter to move her car from my parking space - apparently I was parked in her daughters spot on the road (each house has a numbered lay-by which are on our deeds). I have 1 car, they have 4 but we each have 1 owned space. She sends me horrible messages telling me I I should let them park there etc - there's loads of room on the road and a hard standing 75m away with enough space for 40 cars

Since then she's shouted abuse at my Tesco delivery men as they unloaded on to the grass verge - I also got a mouthful of abuse about this

She reported me for putting my rubbish out on the wrong week - I would've been fined if it weren't for another neighbour sticking up for me when the enforcement man came around and said I don't usually and it was a genuine mistake

She dumps any rubbish the bin men drop on my door step - I caught her yesterday - when I said it wasn't mine she started shouting how much of a liar I am and her husband started shouting that I'm a slapper

The whole estate was sent a letter (by someone they'd obviously pissed off), accusing him of claiming disability benefits and enclosing photos of him working on a roof and carrying bags of cement

I really don't know what to do - them and their grown up children are horrible. My immediate neighbour has said they are the same with her - threatened her kids with a walking stick and shouted abuse. The lady next door to them and her daughter have said I should report them for harassment but I've no proof

CCTV or a ring doorbell to record any behaviour by them. Sadly you cannot reason with crazy.
