Can anyone recommend a land registry site to download docs as GOV.uk you have to send of for unless you are a business

Land registry. You don't need to be a business. I downloaded the documents of a house I was thinking of buying to check the boundary as EA had no details on it.

Yes I used land registry to view my covenants if you have restrictive covenants you should order your neighbours too because sometimes there's information in there not contained in yours
