FHDRA Father has run away

Hi, there is a pso in place preventing their Dad taking our children out of the country. When he was served the papers, he left the country (alone) 2 days later. He instructed a lawyer for the follow up hearing.

We have the FHDRA in a few weeks but I don't know if he is coming back to the UK or not. What happens if he is not there?

I had planned to stay locally so he can have regular contact with the children and they can stay in their current school. But if he's not coming back in the foreseeable future, I may have to move to an area I can afford accommodation on my sole income, as he was paying most of the rent before and I paid most of the other expenses. Should I mention that at the FHDRA?

You might want to mention it but don’t have to. If he’s not returning to the UK you may as well live where you want.
