I have reason to believe someone has asked a relative who works for hmrc to look at what benefits I am receiving. I was wondering if there was any way I could find out if this relative has accessed my account without authorization? And how to go about asking for it. Thank you.

Write to HMRC information management and outline your concerns. You have a right to know who accessed your data unless it was done for an exempt reason such as investigating a crime
