Forms when can’t agree on finances in divorce?

Hi. Could someone please just explain really simply the forms and the order of them when you can’t agree on a settlement. When I say can’t agree, H won’t acknowledge anything is happening!

I saw a solicitor for free the other day and thought I’d remember but my brain is mush. I recall a Form A, Form E, something about not being suitable for mediation because of the abuse. I had a mediation appointment which I was deemed not suitable last year but I doubt it would still be in date?
I’m struggling paying my solicitor now so I’m going to dig deep and dose much as I can! It’s taken me a year after leaving him to be in the mental strength to even think about this so any help would be greatly appreciated!

You start off with a Form A. You will need a MIAM form that's no more than 4 months old. It takes the form of a page from the form A.

I can’t believe how easy it is (if they that way inclined, which mine is) for a person to make someone else’s life so unbearable for leaving. I can’t believe he can make me suffer like this financially when I’m trying my absolute hardest to carve out a life for little ds. I absolutely hate this man. It’s going to cost me everything to break free of him through the courts, it’s already cost me so much. What the hell made me ever love this man!!!!!! Yes, I know it was abuse, but I must have been out of my tiny little mind!

I have another question. I’m in the middle of changing solicitors. Haven’t told them yet as not 100% sure on the new one. Can I fill out and send off these forms by myself in the meantime?
