Divorce with dc under 16

If we have agreed on everything... Contact with dc, financial split and want to divorce... Been separated 3 yes. He wants to divorce. Can anyone give me a ballpark figure before I offer to pay for it?

In Scotland if that matters.

Your court should be able to tell you a definite figure. Why not split the fees?

Don’t think you can do yourself in Scotland, at least to couldn’t when I looked about 5 years ago. Might have changed. Hope it has

I can't advise you on costs in Scotland but you are right that the simplified/do-it-yourself procedure is not available when there are children under 16.

My consent order work cost £1300 ish (all agreed between us so just drafting).

I did manage the nisi myself and that was £550 fee.
