Hi I'm a litigant in person and have had a fact finding hearing. Judge has asked for submissions to be made and then will have a judgement hearing. I explained in court that I didn't understand what was being asked for (other party is represented) but no clear indication was given.
What I think I need to do is take each of Scott schedule allegations and note the bundle pages that back these allegations up. Am I right?
Also do I need to take the other parties allegations and note pages I think show they are lying?
Any help gratefully received.
