I have a relative who is terminally ill and has schizophrenia who is spending all there savings. They had about £15,000 - they are buying boxes of food from amazon - foods he likes but excessive amounts.
The monies are running out? He is on benefits so have approx £1200 per month.
Can anyone help me with questions I need to ask to see if he has capacity.i will need to see a solicitor but want to check this out before I contact one.
