Legal advice needed

My ex and I have a 10 year old son and we are due in court on 5 March for a final hearing. He received my witness statement last week and has started calling and harassing me despite signing an undertaking at our last hearing for his behaviour. My barrister advised an undertaking as opposed to a non mol order. He has now threatened to take our son to see my estranged sister that I haven't spoken to for 11 years. She did something pretty bad and the rest of my family have also not seen her either. My son doesn't know about her and my brothers children also don't know about her so would affect them too.

My question really is if there is any way I can stop this before his stay over with his dad at the weekend? It's all out of spite from him as he would have had to contact her.

I'm really upset and worried how this will affect him, as if he isn't confused enough about his mum and dad not being together!

If you have a legal team you really should be asking them. This is the last place you should be asking - we know next to nothing about your case.
