Has anyone written a statement for an urgent court order?
What does it need to include?
I will be taking it to court first thing tomorrow morning so any advice would be really appreciated.
Thank you

No one can answer without knowing the type of proceedings, whether you're responding to another statement, or the points you want to get across.

There should be a template on the Court Service website, but it won't tell you how to structure the narrative, if that's what you're after.

FWIW if I advise a client on the contents of a statement I'd have had at least an hour's meeting getting to know them, then an hour or two to take instructions on the content of the statement. On that basis alone I couldn't answer your question even if it involves my area of law.

I see sorry.
It's to get an urgent order to allow me to be sole guardian of our 15m son.

Well you obviously need to state why you are making the request in factual clear sentences and include any evidence. There should be someone at court to help with the actual form ie what to put where but they wont be giving you personal legal advice, just generally on the form, proceedure etc.
