Specific issue order - ex unreasonably refusing to consent to holiday

Hoping someone can help, I’m looking to apply for a specific issue order as my ex has refuse to give his consent for dd to come on 1week holiday in April that he has been aware of for 2years and was initially invited on. He has unreasonably refused to do this and is effectively trying to blackmail me.

Has another applied for this order for this reason and if so:

How did you fill out the c100 form? It mentions mediation but seen as he is blackmailing me and I have evidence of this I don’t think it would be appropriate.

How long did it take to get an initial hearing?

How long did it take to get the order?

I know someone who got one a couple of years ago. It was sorted in about six weeks. Sorry I can't help with the forms though. They did have to do mediation though, but I think you can get a mediator to certify it wouldn't be suitable in your circumstances instead.

You’re rapidly running out of time. You’ll need to get a very urgent hearing in front of a judge. You should always issue these applications 6 months in advance at the very least.

@availableforlunch thanks for this.

@Collaborate, unfortunately he has only just withdrawn his consent after previously consenting. He has known about the trip for 2years and is now using it against me.
