For unpaid council tax from February 2017. First I am hearing of this and the period of time they are saying I need to pay for I did not live at that address! Apparently if I don't pay up they're coming to take my belongings away. I've contacted them and they've said I was living there at the time. I absolutely wasn't! What are my next steps?
