Can Caffcass request police records for any police involvement (not charges) when carrying out a section 7, so any police call outs to ex's home address etc.

Yes police call outs, even if no charges will show up in the basic reports when you go to court. Police and social services show up. X

Already had the first basic at the first hearing but it was charges only which none since 2010, he is on the domestic abuse perpetrators program following the first hearing but I know there is still domestic abuse going on what the police get called out to regular but caffcass said they can't request that which is annoying when he is trying to get access to my 2yr old after having his 10yr old taken off him by SS as he was seen assaulting her but again no charges as he blackmailed the 10yr old not to give a statement

That’s strange as I’ve had one recently with my children’s father and it told of a minor incident to which he reviewed no charges.
Was there no social care involvement for 10 year old either? Surely that will show in Cafcass section 7 report too? X

Yer social services are the ones who put her in her aunties foster care, they wrote a statement with what happened on our first hearing, my Cafcass worker has requested the personal police info now, had his statement too and he has actually lied about his 10yr old say g he was heard using foul language in front of her lol, clearly forgetting court know the truth
