Bundle missing vital info

I'm helping a friend with his family case.

The other sides legal team have left out lots of relevant information that shows the respondent for the personal she is.
Including a statement we requested permission of leave to enter.

Other side also didn't show us the index before sending out the bundles.

Sorry, sent too early.

Can we insist on having these added?

You can request it. If they don't agree they should explain why. If you still can't agree you can make your own supplemental bundle.
