Hello, has anyone dealt with rights to matrimonial home during a separation when the house is owned by Husbands parents and ex husband?

Not a lawyer but if your husband owns a share of the property and you are legally married it is joint marital assets but I’m not sure what rights that gives you to stay if any, would recommend legal advice ASAP and preferably don’t leave until you’ve spoken to a lawyer as is much more difficult to get back in if you’ve left I would think

As he's your ex husband you have no right to occupy the house. You did have the right before decree absolute because husband was entitled to occupy the property due to having a beneficial interest in it.

This all assumes you both lived there once as it was the family home.

That right was lost when the marriage ended with the decree absolute.
