Has anyone had the ex on a DAPP course by Caffcass because they want access, he had his 10yr old taken away and is with her aunt due to assault on the child and now wants access to my 2yr old. My question is if I know he is blagging his way through the course to pass and I know there is still domestic violence with him and partner that the police are constantly been called, should caffcass be following these police visits up or if he passes his course that’s it ?
