I have 3 children . 2 boys living with dad in Scotland one is 15 next month other is 13. I have an 8 year old girl living with me. The two boys went to live with there dad in 2016 due to oldest one being bullied in local area police school would not help. For his safety sent him to Scotland and his brother. We said we would do this for a year to see if settled. After a year they had not settled so said father said they could come back home then 2 days later changed his mind and told them I would not let them home. So for a year he would not let them have contact. Few months later got messages and phone calls saying they were being miss treated send help. So I went to citizens advice and they told me to report it to social services which I did. They went up there and boys were to scred to say anything. So social services were sent to my home as said dad made horrible allegations which social services found false. So who ever could afford a residency order got the boys. I had no money to get legal advice so residency was awarded to said father. The boys are not happy and scared to say anything. Do I leave them all to it or go get them help again and it back fires on me again ? .
