I’ve applied for matrimonial home rights.. my husband owns the house with his parents.. supposedly at the time of purchase I wasn’t allowed on the mortgage ( I’m American with indefinite leave to remain)
Question is... any website says that if the house is owned by more then person it can make things complicated. Does anyone know what that is? And have I done something wrong having already applied?
