Selling two houses at once?

Hi All,
Due to lucky circumstances I own two semi detached houses that are attached to each other.
The houses have a single doorway on each floor that was knocked through so that we could use them both at the same time but have separate heating systems/electric meters.
Basically we could brick the doorways up and the houses would be separate entities.
We’re considering selling up and leaving the UK due to Brexit and its shitty impact on NI.
I own one house with my husband and co-own the other with my parents. What would be the legal/tax implications of selling the second house? Would I be liable for capital gains tax?
Thanks!
