Severance pay not paid

I had to leave my job and have a legally signed agreement for six months pay paid 15th of month. It’s not been paid and they aren’t responding to emails. Should this have been paid today. I’ve no money at all.

I Imagine it would be paid on Monday, some company’s pay on the closest working day.

I hope so
