Anyone got any suggestions on how to deal with this. Divorced years ago, going through courts with financial remedy, but until recently we were both living at the same property.
My ex has taken everything from the house and the limited company. He resigned from the company and took all the assets in addition he took jointly owned tools and equipment, all the house stuff and my personal belongings

Had a brief conversation with the police, but they are saying they will not deal with it as there is no break in on the house or the site of the business.

He denies taking anything. If he admitted to taking the stuff then I could pursue it through the courts.

Stuff does not just disappear - surely I should be able to log something with the police

He took all the stuff when I left the property because of his abuse - any ideas ??

Ask for a judgment that takes the financial ramifications of his behaviour into account.
