Anyone experienced husband/partner refusing contact with your child at the same time as claiming falsely that you are 'restricting access' in advance of court?

no experience of this no. but make sure all communication is in writing so that you can prove it when the time comes. you need this for your own protection too - he could claim that you were unreasonably only offering contact at times and with conditions that were impossible so you need to be able to prove you were offering reasonable options.
