Can anyone advise. I am about to petition my ex with the government online service. No issues organising finance or child care arrangement as we splitting mutually.
But if I am the one to petition can I apply for help with costs for fees of 550?
I have looked at the spreadsheet app to help with calculations as I only earn 1300 including universal credit and part time work. I understand with 2 children I can get costs payed if I earn up to 1745 so all OK there. But do I take his wage into account as the spreadsheet says you and PARTER wage?
I am not sure what he earns but how do I work this out please. I know I can ask him to pay half if it comes down to it but I want it to be as simple as possible
