Non Molestation Orders

My sister has brought a non molestation order against me regarding emails I have sent. I went to the first date and made a hearing date.
What is the quest thing that will happen if I don’t attend but my solicitor does.

So the next hearing date is the final hearing? The court will have ordered you to file a witness statement to put your side. If you don't turn up either the judge will disregard the contents of your statement and make the order against you, or will adjourn to a later hearing, in which case it might make an order you have to pay your sister's water legal costs.
