Enforcing an order - divorce

XH and I agreed at final hearing to split the equity in the FMH and I agreed to give him 3 months to raise a mortgage. That deadline is tomorrow. He has not been in touch and I doubt he has managed it. The order provided for sale of the FMH in the event he couldn’t get a mortgage but I have reason to believe he won’t do this. How do I get the order enforced and how long should I wait before doing so?

Additionally, his new partner has got in touch to say that he lied to the court - hiding a bank account and various other things including the value of the house (he is still living in it). Is there anything I can do with this information now please?
